Absolutely the best iced matcha latte I had. The staff are the sweetest people you will meet :) My husband mixed up the order and ordered a hot matcha instead of an iced one, they were kind enough to replace it for free.
The coffee was very good too :)

Response from the owner

Thank you so much! Hope to see you again soon

The coffee is really good and well done, but the service is terrible. I gave a couple of shots before posting this, because the coffee is really good, but honestly doesn’t worth such terrible service from the staff. Today , I was in the queue and everyone before and after me was asked if the coffee was to take inside or to go (all irish people except for me), in my turn the afternoon staff just got my order. I was craving to stay to write and read a little bit, and she just gave me a to go coffee, and when I told the girl that made the coffee that was supposed to be a coffee for here but the other girl didn’t ask me, she got whispering with the girl that was making the coffee. Again, terrible, which is really a shame cause the coffee is good.

Response from the owner

Hi Marjorie. Sorry to hear about the experience today. While nobody would say anything negative about you I understand the whispering can be perceived negatively. I trust your coffee was also remade and you seem to have enjoyed it. Such shame to receive feedback about a small issue but this is how we learn. All the best, Tristan
